IMET periodically offers registration discounts through email blasts, medical journal advertisements and/or industry referrals. If you wish to take advantage of one of these registration discount offers, please note the following rules and restrictions:
1. The discount applies to new registrations only and cannot be applied to any previous registrations.
2. Advertised registration discount offers cannot be combined with any other offers of reduced registration fees, such as "Early Bird" discounts, unless specifically listed as an "additional" discount.
3. You must register for the entire length of the course. Partial registrations do not quality for discount offers.
4. The promotional code from the journal advertisement or email blast must be indicated at the time of registration. Request for a promotional code discount received after your registration has been processed cannot be honored. (When registering by phone, simply mention the promo code to the registration agent. When registering by mail or fax, include the promo code on your registration form. When registering on-line, indicate the promo code in the appropriate box.)
Colleague Referral Rebate Offer - Rules & Restrictions
IMET appreciates your willingness to encourage your colleagues to attend our CME conferences. In recognition of the value of colleague referrals, IMET offers a $100 referral rebate to any attendee who refers a colleague to attend the same workshop. In order to qualify for the colleague referral rebate, please note the following rules and restrictions:
1. You must provide the full name and email address of your colleague referrals prior to their registration for a conference.
1. Your colleague must indicate he/she was referred by you when registering for the conference.
2. Referrals received after your colleague has already registered for the conference do not qualify.
3. Both you and your colleague must register for and attend the same conference in its entirety. Partial registrations do not qualify for the rebate.
4. If either you or your colleague should cancel your registration, the rebate offer will be invalid.
5. Only one individual can qualify for each referral and referrals are acknowledged as they are received. (Further clarification: If more than one person refers the same colleague to the same event, only the first referral of that colleague will qualify for the rebate.)
6. Rebates are issued by check payable to the individual or company who paid the registration fee. Your rebate check will be distributed when you check in at the conference.
